CONNECTION PIECES
TPS H 51 Hanger bracket pink.
Using a 51 mm hole saw drill into your manikin back board and install using 4x pan head screws. It has a safe loading capacity of 32 kg and has been load tested to 54kg not recommended.
TPS WB 50 Peg. Red
The TPS WB 50. WB stands for wall bracket, BUT is not only used for wall hangings it is also used as a leg attachment in combination with TPS 50 Receiver for detachable mounts from base and habitat. You have a 100 % connection with no movement.
CONNECTION PERFECTION
The center hole is 1/4” or 6 mm, when using it for a wall hanger a screw must always be used in the center hole and screwed in at the same angle as the peg to a stud in the wall. The holes on the side are for adjustment, using pan head screws.
This peg has a 2 degree upward angle and when using for a wall bracket the indicator arrow faces up.
When using for a leg attachment, break of the flange with pliers and you can drill out the center hole to accommodate your rod size and secure with nuts or adhesive.
Place the peg into a vice to drill.
DO NOT HOLD IN YOUR HAND!
TPS 50 Receiver. Red
Used in combination with TPS WB 50 this part can be attached to the back of small game manikins such as fox’s, bobcats coyotes birds fish etc. it offers an unequaled hanger especially useful for off set mounts and prevents them from spinning on the wall.
It is also used for placing into habitat and bases for detachable mounts.
Easy to use just drill a hole into your manikin or base and screw or glue the part into place.
TPS WB 60 peg. Green
The WB stands for wall bracket.
Just like TPS WB 50 Red this part has a 2 degree upward angle, there is a indicator arrow that shows the up position when attaching to a wall. The center hole is 1/4” or 6mm and when using for a wall hanger an appropriate screw should always be used in the center to screw into a stud wall. Screw size should be at 6mm x 100mm or longer. The holes on the side are for adjustments and you can use pan head screws for this top and bottom holes also go into the stud.
This peg used in conjunction with 3 other different sized receiver’s blue 60mm, grey 100mm and black 200mm offers you a good choice of mounting points.
This peg is also used for attaching to life size mammals to bases for a perfect detachable mount , simply snap off the flange with pliers and drill the center hole to the appropriate rod size being used then use nuts or adhesive epoxy to secure.
When drilling parts they MUST be placed in a vice and not held in your hand !
TPS 60 Blue Receiver
TPS 60 Blue is the ultimate hanger for medium sided game and is especially useful for off set mounts that tend to twist on the wall because of uneven weight distribution.
This part is also used in habitat and base work for detachable mounts giving you a perfect connection without any wobble.
For wall mounts, simply drill a hole into your manikin screw the part in place. If you have no wood to screw into then Bondo it into place.
The indicator arrow is used for lining up with the arrow on the peg for ease of use.
There are to many applications where and how these parts can be used so I will make videos to explain the different methods. See Taxidermy positioning systems on Facebook for videos, pictures and advice on how to use.
TPS 100 Grey Receiver
TPS 100 Grey is the ultimate hanger for medium to large size game up to the size of a caribou (not for extra large game) do not attempt to hang Elk moose or anything that size or weight. This part is especially useful for off set mounts that tend to twist on the wall because of uneven weight distribution.
This part can also be used in habitat and base work for detachable mounts giving you a perfect connection without any wobble. The flange is bigger and thicker than the TPS 60 BLUE part Allowing for a better and stronger anchoring point.
For wall mounts, simply drill a hole into your manikin screw the part in place. If you have no wood to screw into then Bondo it into place. Can be glued directly into foam manikins.
For habitat base work. Just attach where necessary using your manikin as a guide for leg placement.
Attach to the sides of life size manikins joining them together to create life like in action poses with a perfect connection. Parts are invisible when connected.
The indicator arrow is used for lining up with the arrow on the peg for ease of use.
There are so many applications where and how these parts can be used so I will make videos to explain the different methods.

TPS 200 Black
TPS 200 is exclusively used for placing into habitat and bases for detachable mounts, it’s large thick sized flange allows it to be securely attached to bases, you can attach extra large life sized mammals like musk ox moose buffalo etc. use TPS 60 Green peg for leg rods drilling out the center hole to accommodate your rod size. Use nuts or adhesive to attach to rod. The length of this part can be cut back as far as you like to fit inside your base leaving at least 60 mm to accept green peg. Always place green peg in a vice before drilling, never hold in your hand. Break flange off green peg with pliers.
The TPS Range of products have been used all over the world to attach all mammals to habitat so they can be easily moved and taken away to be cleaned and maintained returning to a perfect fit on there base.
TPS PM 13 orange Pedestal Mount Bracket
Used for small game. Bear, coyote, and small to medium sized game.
The PM stands for pedestal mount and can be used for small game heads and even for birds.
This pedestal mount bracket has changed the way Taxidermists do their jobs eliminating the use of steel tube and loose fitting connections.
The hexagonal tapered shaft gives a perfect fit every time. Can be shortened by joining them together first then cutting to length. Place a 6mm threaded rod inside with a nut at both ends tighten slightly. This rod adds strength to the part and should always be used for a good secure attachment to your base.
TPS PM 27 Yellow pedestal mount bracket
For medium to large game heads up to the size of a caribou.(not Elk moose etc)
These pedestal support sets are possibly one of the most easy to use pedestal mount brackets on the market and allows for cutting and modifications to suit your requirements.
Using a spade bit with an extension , drill into your manikin and then push bondo up into the drilled hole then slide receiver part B in and let dry. You now have a very strong removable mount that has 6 points of positioning.
If you have not positioned your part B receiver in the manikin at the rite angle, all you have to do is use a heat gun and with threaded rod installed, heat the base of the part A until it softens then place your manikin on the part A and bend bracket to the correct position and hold it till it cools of and hardens, using a small Level above the eye socket will help. This bracket can be mounted vertically and horizontally.
